Di.Vé was founded in 1960 in the textile district of Biella. Over the years, it has developed and consolidated leadership positions in the fashion and hand knitting sectors. Specializing in the diverse production of fancy yarns, the company now views the development of increasingly sustainable processes and products as a strategic asset in line with the EU 2030 agenda.

In 2008, Marchi & Fildi SpA and Abalioglu Tekstil Sanayi AS, part of the Turkish CSA Holding, founded Filidea, which quickly established itself internationally in the field of technological and high-performance yarns blended with natural and man-made fibers. The brand is synonymous with Italian style, creativity, and innovation. Its offerings include yarns for flat and circular knitting, weaving, and hosiery, all designed and tested in the internal R&D department of the Marchi & Fildi Group.

Marchi & Fildi S.P.A. was established in 2007 from the merger of two historic entities in the Biella region, both founded in the 1960s. The focus on sustainability has always been the innovative driving force of the company, which has been producing recycled yarns since its inception. The R&D center and collaboration with universities and research centers are crucial points for a continuous commitment to innovation in the textile sector.
